I build and rebuild product design organizations for B2B SaaS and AI companies, twice now, from the ground up. I've led distributed teams across multiple continents, driven cross-product UX strategy, and brought design into the room early enough to shape what gets built, not just how it looks.
Currently, I'm Director of Product Design at Calabrio, where I inherited a 2-person design function with no design leadership structure and rebuilt it into a 6-person team while leading a full platform modernization for our AI-powered workforce engagement platform. Before that, I led UX at Persado as the company's first UX hire, scaling the team from 1 to 6 designers and shipping generative AI products for Fortune 500 brands.
